Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on crazyprotein.ae, operated by [Company legal name], [trade licence no.], Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Orders

An order is a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, with a full refund.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and exclude VAT. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. The minimum order value is AED 50 (after discounts, before VAT and delivery). Delivery is AED 25 below AED 100 and free from AED 100. Discounts (including mix & match) are applied automatically and cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Delivery

4. Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Always read the label for ingredients, allergens and nutrition before consuming. Our products are food, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
