Quick answers
Where are Crazy Protein products made?
Every product is developed and produced in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
How much is delivery and when is it free?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 100. Below that it costs AED 25 anywhere in the UAE.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is AED 50 (after mix & match discounts, before VAT and delivery). Below that we cannot ship your order. Frozen products need at least 3 frozen items per order, because they travel in insulated cool packaging.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. For now we deliver within the UAE only, to all seven emirates.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. We deliver every day between 9:00 and 21:00. Pick a morning, afternoon or evening slot in your cart.
How fast is delivery?
Ordered today, delivered today: order before 2 PM and we deliver the same day in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Other emirates take 1–3 working days.
Do you deliver frozen products?
Yes. Ice cream and Greek yoghurt bites ship frozen in insulated packaging within the UAE only.
