Protein & nutrition
How much protein is in Crazy Protein snacks?
Between 7 g and 21 g per serving. Popcorn and pretzels have 7 g, wafer bars 10 g, Greek yoghurt bites 10 g per box, ice cream 12 g per 100 g, cereal 18 g and puffs 21 g per 40 g bag.
Do your snacks contain sugar?
Our popcorn is sugar free, and our pretzels, puffs, wafer bars, cereal and yoghurt bites have no added sugar. The protein ice cream is sweetened with sweeteners. Full nutrition tables are on every pack.
Are Crazy Protein snacks suitable for weight loss or muscle gain?
They are high in protein and lower in sugar than typical snacks, which makes them a practical swap in a calorie-controlled or high-protein diet. They are a snack, not a meal replacement.
Do the products contain allergens?
Several products contain milk, nuts (pistachio, almond, hazelnut, peanut), gluten or soy. Always check the allergen list on the product page and on the pack.
How long do your snacks last?
Every product keeps for 12 months unopened. Store snacks in a cool, dry place and frozen products at −18 °C.
